Michael Byrd is the founder of Bridge America, a nonprofit dedicated to building Ownership Ecosystems that help bridge America's ownership gap.

Bridge America coordinates with philanthropists and institutions in our country’s most distressed regions to fully fund the Invest America | Trump Accounts and build the educational, entrepreneurial, and community infrastructure that helps those investments transform lives. The organization's initial work focuses on Southern West Virginia, the Lakota Nations, the Mississippi Delta, North Tulsa, and South Texas.

Michael is also the creator of This American Mosaic, a documentary series exploring the history, culture, and economic development of America's diverse communities. Through storytelling, Bridge America seeks to preserve local identity, strengthen community trust, and inspire long-term investment.

For more than two decades, Michael has worked at the intersection of business, philanthropy, and public policy. As President of Byrd Capital Strategies, he has advised entrepreneurs, investors, nonprofits, and national leaders while helping raise more than $500 million for policy, political, and philanthropic initiatives.
